A prime sirloin steak marinated in our gluten free Chilli Willi marinade — a bold, smoky-sweet blend of chilli, garlic and warming spices with a tangy kick. Grills or pan-fries to a great caramelised finish, while the sirloin underneath stays tender and full of flavour. Supplied frozen.

Cooking tips

Cook from frozen (allow extra time) or thaw fully and bring to room temperature before cooking. Season well, then grill or pan-fry over a high heat for 2-4 minutes each side depending on thickness, to your preferred doneness. Rest for a few minutes before serving. Supplied frozen — keep frozen at -18°C or below. Thaw fully in the fridge before cooking if not cooking from frozen; use within 2-3 days of defrosting and do not refreeze.
