Cooking tips
Roast at 200C / 180C fan / gas 6 for 20-25 minutes, turning once, or fry over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning now and then. They are done when there is no pink left in the middle and they are steaming hot right through - 70C at the centre for 2 minutes on a thermometer. Store in the fridge at or below 5C. Suitable for freezing on the day of collection.
