Cooking tips

Bake from frozen in a preheated oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 4 for 65-75 minutes until piping hot throughout and the pastry is golden (cover with foil for the first 45 minutes); or thaw fully in the fridge first and bake for 50-55 minutes. Supplied frozen — keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once thawed, use within 2 days and do not refreeze.
