Cooking tips

Fry or grill slices for 3-4 minutes each side until piping hot and lightly browned — cook from frozen or fully thawed. Supplied frozen — keep frozen at -18°C or below. Thaw fully in the fridge before cooking if not cooking from frozen; use within 2-3 days of defrosting and do not refreeze.

Ground beef (90-95%) and beef fat, gluten free rusk (pea flour), rice flour or potato starch, gluten free steak sausage seasoning (textured soya protein (soybeans), rice flour, salt, dextrose, preservative (E223, sulphur dioxide), stabiliser (E451(i)), spice extract, antioxidant (E301), sodium citrate (E331), colour (E120)), sodium metabisulphite (sulphites).
