Cooking tips

Bring to room temperature before cooking. Season well, then grill or pan-fry over a high heat for 2-4 minutes each side depending on thickness, to your preferred doneness. Rest for a few minutes before serving. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 3-4 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
