A traditional Scottish favourite — thin slices of Scotch rump steak rolled around our low fat steak square sausage meat. Slow-braised in gravy or stock until tender, the beef stays succulent while the sausage meat adds richness and texture. Comfort food at its best, perfect served with mash and seasonal vegetables.

Cooking tips

Brown in a hot pan, then cook covered in stock or gravy at a gentle simmer for 45-60 minutes until tender, or braise in the oven at 160°C. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 4-5 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
