Cooking tips
Season and roast in a preheated oven at 180°C, allowing approximately 20 minutes per 450g plus 20 minutes, for medium. Rest for 15-20 minutes before carving. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 2-3 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
