Cooking tips

Roll into balls or press into a greased dish and bake at 190C / 170C fan / gas 5 for 30-40 minutes, until browned on top and cooked right through. Stuffing balls take nearer 30 minutes, a dish nearer 40. It is done when it is steaming hot in the middle with no pink pork left - 70C at the centre for 2 minutes on a thermometer. Store in the fridge at or below 5C. Suitable for freezing on the day of collection.
