Cooking tips

Fry or grill slices for 3-4 minutes each side until piping hot and lightly browned. Keep refrigerated and use within 5-6 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — cook from frozen or thaw fully before reheating until piping hot throughout.
