Cooking tips
Score the skin if left on, season well, and roast in a preheated oven at 180°C, allowing approximately 35 minutes per 450g. Rest for 15 minutes before carving. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 5-7 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
