Cooking tips
Pan-fry over a high heat for 4 minutes each side, or wrap in foil and oven bake at 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through with no pink meat remaining. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 3-4 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
