Pork Ribs come from our finest 100% Pork Loins. No BBQ is complete without some tasty ribs. Fresh and natural pork ribs. Our ribs are from the loin of pork from the middle of the pig. Well suited for long slow cooking prior to finishing them on the BBQ. Marinade in your Chosen marinade and then oven slow cook for a quick finish on the BBQ.

Cooking tips

Marinade in you favourite marinade. place in an oven tray and cover with foil or wrap in foil and bake at 150C/GM2-3 for 2 Hours. to brown remove foil increase temperature to 180C and give 10minutes or pop on the BBQ. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 2-3 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
