Cooking tips

Pre-heat a pan with a little cooking oil. Allow minced pork to come to room temperature and add pork to the pan and brown all over for 7-10 minutes over a heat. Ensure the minced pork is cooked throughout and piping hot throughout. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 3-4 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
