Cooking tips

Brown well, then cook low and slow in a casserole or slow cooker for 2-2.5 hours until tender. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 3-4 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
