Cooking tips

Brown in a hot pan, breaking up as it cooks, until no pink remains. Ideal for moussaka, koftas or a shepherd's pie. Store in the fridge at or below 5°C and use within 3-4 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing on the day of purchase — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
