Cooking tips

Sprinkle generously over chicken wings, chips, salmon, pork or vegetables before or after cooking for authentic Chinese takeaway-style flavour. Also great mixed into batters or stir-fries. Store in a cool, dry place and use by the date on the pack. Reseal after opening.
